The POW Camps in West Virginia during World War II included:

Ashford General Hospital, WV
Newton D. Baker General Hospital, Martinsburg, WV (under Camp Ashford, WV)
Camp Ashford, Ashford, West Virginia 25009 (POWs originally buried here were transferred to Fort Knox Cemetery in Ft. Knox, KY)
Rainelle, WV (branch camp under Camp Ashford, WV)
